President
I’m a happily married man to my wonderful wife, Chelsea. I’m also a proud father to 5 kids, 4 girls & 1 boy. I have been in the construction remodeling industry for over twenty years.
Aaron Sims
Head of Construction
I was raised in Midlothian and graduated from Midlothian High School. After high school I attended Sam Houston State University with a Degree in Construction Management. I have been in the construction industry since 2013. My background is mostly multifamily building apartments and high rises. I really like helping the community any way I can. I spend most of my free time hanging out with the family and raising my dogs and goats!

Audra McIntyre
Interior Designer
I moved to Texas with my family from Alabama in 2014. I have a 4 year old son and a daughter on the way. As a designer, I specialize in residential remodels but have a background in new builds, Interior Decorating, and Real Estate staging. I work closely with my clients and our team- from space planning to finish out and everything in between.

I am one of the newest members to the Midlo Contracting family, joining in January 2022. I am married to my best friend, and we have 5 amazing kids. I have 4 grandkids and with fingers crossed many more to come. I enjoy my free time listening to live music, great food, and game night with my family.

Top Dog
Meet Midlo Contracting’s mascot, Angus. He is the fur child of our very own salesman, Logan Foy. He loves all aspects of work, from supervising dad out on the job to helping out the ladies in the office. His day to day duties include: windows down and head out to feel the wind in his face; demanding pats and scratches; eating all the treats; and taking a good snooze while everyone else works.

Project Manager
Born and raised Oregonian. Moved to Texas last year with my family. I have been in construction for 6 years with experience in new builds, siding and remodeling. When I’m not at work you can find me somewhere outdoors with my wife, son and bird dog.

Logan Foy
Project Consultant
I joined the Midlo Contracting sales team in June, 2018. I was born and raised in Midlothian, Texas. I do my best to provide top notch customer service to my customers at Midlo Contracting. Happily married. I enjoy spending my free time at the gym or the golf course! I love wrangling my two fur children, Angus and Tucker.
Derrick Steele
Project Consultant
I moved to Texas a few years ago and had my house completely remodeled by Midlo Contracting. Through the process, we became good friends and then family. I have been in the construction field for 20 years. I love what I do; I like helping people.
Jeff Milby
Project Consultant
I have lived in the DFW area for my entire life. I am husband and father to three beautiful girls. I have also been employed with the Dallas Fire Rescue for over 12 years. I take pride in everything I do.
Kevin McGaw
Project Consultant
I am from Arlington but currently live in Midlothian with my wife, Heather, two girls, and two dogs. I am a Captain with the Dallas Fire Department and a part time salesman for Midlo. I enjoy helping people make their home makeover dreams become reality and giving back to the community.
Derrick Steele
Project Consultant
My wife and I moved to Texas four years ago. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Working with Midlo Contracting the past two years has been an awesome experience.
